The Global Marketing Brand Specialist will be responsible for internal tactical support for PlayStation Exclusive Games. This entry level role will be reporting to the Global Senior Brand Manager.
You are highly organized, adaptive, and a self-sufficient marketing professional who has the desire to develop expertise in the execution and planning of global marketing campaigns. The position will require high levels of organization, collaboration, and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Global Compliance Reviews: Manage global asset submissions to local and international review teams as well as compliance groups for feedback and clearances. Manage ESRB and Legal reviews of assets. Collate and return collective feedback over to Global Brand stakeholders to review and act upon as needed, with final submission to licensor approvals depending on the title.
• Asset Management and Coordination: Brief in global tactical plans and assets for localization. Track development and audit of assets prior to uploading and distributing them to Global Marketing, Global Horizontal Teams, Territory marketing teams and internal digital asset management system.
• PC Partnerships Coordination: Work with Global Brand Managers to identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation, support global partner program to achieve revenue goals, provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns. Additionally, working with digital PC store platforms for storefront merchandising.
• Legacy & PC GTM Support: Manage post-launch single-player brands/titles for relevant promotions and approvals as needed. Develop go-to-market campaigns from concept to launch and beyond for PC versions of PlayStation titles.
Requirements:
• Experience working across multiple teams/stakeholders to gather, reconcile, and summarize feedback.
• Experience and understanding of basic business operations with critical thinking and prioritization skills.
• Experience contributing to and/or leading go-to-market campaigns.
• Evaluate the marketing performance of PC partners through KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Lead reporting projects in a dynamic and fluid environment, with a keen eye for finding meaning in data points.
• Strong tracking and follow-up skills are a must.
• Maintain confidentiality with privileged information, work well with others, and balance a high-pressure environment.
• Extraordinarily strong verbal and written communication skills
• You are a big collaborator. Works efficiently & co-operatively with peers and internal/external partners.
• Goal-oriented and with dedication to high standards and passionate about goals/ beliefs in the face of complex obstacles/roadblocks
• You are passionate about gaming, PlayStation, and PC.
Related experience/education:
• 2+ years of administrative and/or business office experience
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Preferred qualities:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to form deep and trusted relationships, across organizations, to achieve goals
• Experience collaborating with and presenting to partners at multiple levels
• An enthusiastic, focused, and always-curious teammate!
• Skilled multi-tasker able to understand how to distill information into clear plans.
