Why PlayStation?
The Associate Release Manager works under limited supervision and is able to complete actions and projects independently. In this position, you will work with more senior staff to adapt established process to meet the need for each titles unique make-up and ensure a successful release. The Associate Release Manager will contribute to evolving existing team and department wide process by participating in enterprise wide conversation shaping the way we release content. The contribution to process development could include writing and or developing, along with reviewing new process to ensure compliance and understanding.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the global submission schedule for all supported SKUs
• Manage the release effort for assigned titles to Global Format QA
• Facilitate the successful release of titles by proactively monitoring status throughout development
• Manage the title wrap-up process.
• Complete assigned process improvement projects successfully.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of both PC and Mobile release tools and pipeline.
• Knowledge of platform technology & release requirements.
• Ability to escalate potential technology and release requirements issues to senior staff.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our partners. Ability to communicate in a variety of mediums to ensure that partners understand our expectations, and likewise, are understood to ensure we are meeting their needs.
• Exceptional business and technical writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts as explained by Developers, support teams, and QA and to extract core message for summary and explanation to others.
• Ability to operate in a highly fluid environment and react swiftly to prevent adverse effects result from the frequent changes.
Desired qualifications:
• Four years work-related experience
• BS/BA degree in the field of Business, Computer Science, Project Management and/or Communication from a fully accredited four-year university preferred
• Knowledge of Service Delivery Management and Process ownership a plus

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
