Role Overview:

Reporting into the Platform Build Manager the associate manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of platform store projects with diverse scope, through exploration to final delivery. This is a new role in a global team to help us deliver larger programmes of work for a number of stakeholders in the business including Services, Marketing as well as CRO.

This team will liaise with the wider organisation to gather requirements and deliver projects end-to-end including UAT and build, as well as providing training and documentation relating to new feature additions.

What you'll be doing:
• Work with the Platform Build Manager and other teams in the business (Product, Business Change etc.) to deliver fully tested end-user solutions for key projects.
• Work with stakeholders from several teams to evaluate holistic project requirements and contribute to creating robust strategies for their successful execution.
• Work closely with the Games, Services and Editorial teams on requirements through to roll out of new capabilities across PS4, PS5 and web / mobile as well as various supporting tools
• Work with the Platform Build Manager to plan resource across the team
• Manage specialist tool improvements for Freewheel, CAS, Univex, IP and EMS
• Provide training for teams on any new tools and capabilities.
• Help to develop best practices and processes working with engineering, projects, CRO, Operations and Customer Service teams
• Help to devise to ways of working to improve team efficiency and drive their adoption to ensure we deliver a quality product to our internal teams and customers

What we're looking for: 
• Bachelor's degree in related field (or relative qualification standard)
• 5 years' experience working with CMS tools and Data Management Platforms
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across different regions
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, a proactive attitude, sense of humour, and a drive for results
• High degree of interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with ability to self-motivate
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Able to prioritise day-to-day tasks effectively
• Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of PlayStation consumers and passion for PlayStation content
