Experience & Qualities:
• 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook)
• VFX industry knowledge an asset but not required
• SAP knowledge an asset but not required
• Problem solver. You prefer problems that challenge you to grow
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency to achieve results

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create client invoices and follow up with Producers on outstanding billings
• Weekly AR Aging review
• Follow up with clients on past due invoices and ensure timely payment receipt
• Forecast and update project payment schedules
• Monthly PO review with Production and Group Finance
• Create POs in line with internal controls
• Raises and reconcile intercompany invoices for North America
• Reconciliation of project reports to SAP while working with Production
• Support in annual audits & maintain necessary documentation
• SAP client creation
• Ad-hoc reporting, tasks and projects as required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in accounting/business or related field of study
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
