Job Summary

The Data Coordinator is responsible for tactically assisting the Business Intelligence team to fulfill data, reporting, and analysis requests in an accurate and timely manner. The Data Coordinator will assist in supporting requests across all departments under Business Operations of the Pittsburgh Pirates. This role will also help implement and maintain processes to improve Business Intelligence workflow and productivity. The Data Coordinator will have opportunities to assist in large analysis projects and model development as needed.

Responsibilities:

Primary:
• Fulfill ad-hoc data requests across Business Operations, providing information directly to stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to maintain existing and build ad-hoc reporting as requested.
• Operationally execute game day ticketing processes.
• Monitor and interpret existing model output, uploading results to the appropriate platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to execute advertising, brand, social, and community initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Secondary:
• Assist with large-scale data analysis projects and model development.
• Monitor shared data requests and assign them to Business Intelligence team members as necessary.
