Job Description
The technology services department is a strategic partner within the Phillies organization. As a Business Systems Analyst on the technology services team reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will be responsible for delivery and support of all business partners within the organization. As a versatile candidate you will support current solutions deployed within the CRM Program and ERP solution set.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and document testing requirements.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships in support of a custom application portfolio
• Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
• Improve current IT implementations
• Build and migrate software and services across the organization.
• Work with business partners to develop scalable solutions and products.
• Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
• Provide internal user support for a variety of business systems including CRM, ERP, HRIS, and Payroll systems.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to support and build out use cases for MLB Ballpark App.
• Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required
• CAPM or PMP preferred
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform preferred
• Experience working with UKG HRIS and Payroll preferred
• Knowledge of and/or support of applications in AWS/GCP/Azure is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities
• Strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service
• Proven ability to create strong relationships across all levels within an organization
• High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidential information
• Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to change
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office/ G-Suite programs
