THE ROLE:
Out of Print is seeking an experienced, goal-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining existing wholesale account relationships as well as prospecting and developing long-term relationships with new customers. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be expected to grow our business through your knowledge of our brand and product and your ability to communicate with your buyers.

Since 2010, Out of Print's mission has been to spread the joy of reading by transforming literary classics into bookish apparel and accessories. With every purchase, you help us to donate books and support literacy programs around the world. Designed with readers in mind, our products feature iconic book cover artwork and literary references to delight bookworms of all ages. Our shirts, totes, socks and accessories give readers a chance to wear their favorite stories and share their love of reading with the world.
Out of Print was acquired by Penguin Random House in 2017.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers' needs
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience as a Sales Account Executive or Account Manager
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Prior knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Experience with trade show sales and planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
