Finance Projects Analyst

Job Description

Bertelsmann Accounting Services is seeking a skilled Finance Projects Analyst to join our growing Finance Team. In this unique position, you will assist or lead in identifying and implementing process improvements that impact the finance departments, learn and support BOTs using RPA and VBA code/macros, prepare and provide reports to department heads, management and/or auditors, act as back up to review and run annual 1099/1042S filings, and perform/ assist management with other tasks and projects.

-PC proficiency to include all Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must
-Minimum of 2 years finance experience
-Knowledge of RPA and VBA preferred, but can be taught
-Understanding of SAP, including configuration and table structure preferred

Assessments to test baseline knowledge in data entry and matching, Word, Excel, Access and VBA will be required. New hire will receive several months of hands-on shadowing and training.
