Digital Product Manager - Grupo Editorial

PRH Grupo Editorial is seeking a mid-experienced, creative, and enthusiastic digital product manager with a focus on audiobooks and e-books. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Product Manager will be in charge of identifying and creating sales opportunities for our Spanish language digital catalog in the US Hispanic market. This position is located in Miami, FL.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-driven environment. The Digital Product Manager will be in continuous communication with other PRH Grupo Editorial offices in Spain and Latin America to coordinate the marketing strategy for our bestselling, critically acclaimed titles which include books on fiction as well as current events, history, business, health & fitness, religion, celebrity and memoir categories, among many other subjects.

If you are a book lover with experience in digital advertising, email marketing and digital communication and are constantly searching for new ways of reaching consumers; if you are as comfortable synthesizing analytics and sales trends as you are designing sales-driven digital campaigns, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss.

Responsibilities:
• Create and implement the marketing strategy for Spanish language e-books and audiobooks for the Hispanic market in the US aimed at boosting sales and at lead acquisition.
• Activate marketing campaigns (social media ads, e-mail marketing, AMS, etc.) for digital products across the digital channels based on content calendars, trend and consumer insights reports, Amazon Search Terms and other market inputs.
• Analyze sales patterns and other key sales metrics to implement marketing campaigns, propose price changes, and other strategies aimed at boosting sales.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other PRH Grupo Editorial offices, specifically with Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate marketing strategy and take advantage of sales opportunities.
• Contribute to and manage database of e-book readers and audiobook listeners
• Research and explore new marketing tools, platforms, strategies and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Must be fully bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Strong knowledge of Digital Strategy, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Email Marketing, and Online Advertising.
• Mastery of managing digital marketing campaigns using AMS, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Fluency in social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram a must), search, as well as traditional book marketing and publicity methods.
• Self-starter with the ability to be ''hands on''.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, keep track of deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and analytical with a strong business acumen
• Knowledge of the Hispanic market in the US preferred.
• Knowledge of Photoshop desired.
• Experience in AMS is a plus.
• Must be located in the Miami, FL area
