The Vice President of Internal Communications will lead employee-focused communications across NBCUniversal's Direct to Consumer (DTC) businesses. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Communications, the Vice President will be a key member of the DTC communications team. This person will personally lead executive internal communications for the DTC leadership within the business unit and across NBCUniversal. This person will also lead the team responsible for DTC internal communications across employee experience, brand advocacy and product education. They will also provide counsel to employer branding activity in partnership with HR's talent acquistion team. The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with incredible attention to detail, a team-focused attitude, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute internal executive communications among NBCUniversal employees for DTC leadership team.
• Provide strategy and deliver large-format employee meetings (Town Halls, All Hands, Team Spotlights).
• Support all executive communications within DTC, including ownership of editorial calendar for President & Chairman.
• Prepare leadership to participate in events to represent DTC across NBCUniversal.
• Collaborate with external communications leads on executive positioning, specifically LinkedIn strategy for DTC leadership.
• Partner with NBCUniversal Corporate Communications to showcase DTC opportunistically.
• Manage team of internal communicators focused on delivering employee experience, brand & product advocacy, and diversity & inclusion programs and initiatives
• Employee experience
• Oversee programs and platforms that make DTC a sought-after employer. Programs include team & employee spotlights, recognition programs. Platform management includes bi-weekly newsletter; DTC employee sharepoint; digital signage.
• Partner with HR to amplify the work of Bevy and Aviary committees and major company events.
• Brand & product advocacy
• Oversee programs and platforms that help DTC employees be advocates for brands and products, including include Peacock Presents, Behind the Camera, Employee Screenings, Peacock Pitch Day, swag distributon, and DTC's NBCUNow presence.
• Partner with HR to amplify business goals and values.
• Diversity & inclusion
• Amplify DEI & ERG efforts and provide oversight of the Slack inclusion channel.
• Partner with HR and corporate communications on community chats.
• Collaborate cross functionally to maximize content promotion opportunities
• Within Peacock, create synergistic opportunities through HR, marketing, publicity, symphony and business partnerships.
• Throughout NBCU, form and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in corporate or employee communications
• Demonstrated interest and background in media & entertainment and technology industries
• Experience with c-suite executives
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
