The Supervising Producer will help lead and manage the brand creative expression of Peacock through campaigns for our vast catalog of acquired content: hit movies, iconic shows, documentaries, kids + family programming, sports, news and more. The Supervising Producer will report to the Senior Creative Director and will oversee internal writers, producers, editors and creative production assistants as well as external vendors/agencies tasked with developing and executing creative marketing projects and campaigns. This position will be responsible for providing creative feedback, guidance and direction on a high volume of work that not only effectively creates demand and desire for our key content, but accurately reflects the tone and personality of the Peacock brand. The candidate should have a reel of relevant work that shows their conceptual prowess, eye for design, copywriting skills, strategic thinking, and industry-leading creative chops.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide video creative + editorial feedback and guidance to internal creatives and external agencies on a high volume of work
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and tone both on & off-platform and across consumer touchpoints for library & acquired content.
• Develop creative ideas to help position and market Peacock library content around current cultural milestones and events
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Peacock Originals, Growth Marketing and Social Marketing teams on initiatives to create cultural impact, and drive customer acquisition and retention
• Help ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative assets to relevant internal partners and platforms
• Closely coordinate with Peacock content team on marketing priorities and create assets/materials to market that content, with constant optimization + adoption of industry best practices
• Help develop creative strategies around Peacock library content to guide internal teams and external vendors
• Screen movies, series and special content in order to develop unique and best-in-class promo concepts and stunts
• Collaborate with Senior Creative Director and library creative team to brainstorm and script ideas and concepts, as needed.
• Work alongside designers and production team to create and produce all content
• Review relevant consumer data and insights and use that data to help ensure creative campaigns are maximally effective

Qualifications/Requirements
• At least 7 years of relevant experience writing, creating, producing and managing promotional/marketing content and campaigns
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, digital delivery and music libraries
• A strong leader, able to offer creative feedback and guidance to a team of writers, producers and editors
• Entertainment, Digital Media and/or direct-to-consumer marketing/branding/creative experience
• Experience and knowledge of creative marketing for a variety of content & genres: shows, movies, kids & family programming, sports, news; dramas, comedies, action, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial culture and a willingness to be hands-on when necessary
• Experience managing projects
• Excellent presentation skills
• Comfortable reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data & optimizing creative accordingly
• Passion for television and film content, as well as interest in news, sports, and pop culture
