Responsibilities

Peacock's Ad Innovation Strategy team is looking for a motivated and dynamic Manager of Ad Innovation Strategy who will support shaping the future of advertising in streaming and digital video content.
This individual will support crafting and managing new and compelling advertising innovations through business case, commercialization and market management processes and exhibit a passion for innovating on behalf of customers.
The role will report to the Sr. Director of Ad Product Strategy and requires multi-dimensional thinkers who can balance the creative, strategic, and analytical aspects of the role.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Primary:
• Support new ad product innovation by leading initial business case development and defining objectives and key results (OKRs) for concept evaluation
• Partner with Growth Strategy team to align ad product goals with macro business strategies and revenue targets
• Serve as key Product team liaison setting business requirements and measures of success for new products
• Partner with Measurement & Impact and Data Sciences teams to capture insights, build hypotheses, identify audiences, and unpack ad product campaign performance to drive action
• Use strong analytical sense to evaluate opportunities and dissect obstacles in delivering on the product roadmap
• Oversee proof of concept (POC) and alpha testing of new products and drive optimization ahead of beta testing and full-market commercialization
• Collaborate in ad product commercialization process (e.g., GTM, pricing, positioning, packaging, setting sales goals, etc.) with the Peacock Growth Strategy Team, Product Managers, Planning, Marketing and other key stakeholders
• Shape voice of the customer (VoC) intake channels and process for multiple key constituencies (advertisers, consumers/viewers, internal sales stakeholders) including, among other methods, brainstorms, interviews, and roundtable discussions
• Secondary
• Serve as a partner to Marketing and advisor on executing campaigns that leverage ad products
• Evolve and optimize existing ad products based on performance, client feedback, and novel tech capabilities
• Participate in high-level strategic planning meetings and effectively translate topics into actionable goals & tasks

Qualifications/Requirements
o 6+ years of experience in advertising, advertising technology, media, marketing
o A strategic, analytical, and product-minded thinker with a strong grasp of the rapidly changing ad tech landscape and creative management
o Proven quantitative analytical abilities that can extract an actionable story or narrative from data (Excel modeling skills preferred, but not required)
o Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides that create clarity
o Proactive attitude with flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, small-team environment
