Key Responsibilities
• Identify industry trends and new technologies to facilitate a premium purchase experience and maintain a high-level payment success rate
• Manage third-party payment processor relationships for commercial needs, performance tracking, and to identify areas for new capabilities and improvements
• Understand our core Billing Operations needs to lead negotiations for payment related vendor contracts, new and renewals, in partnership with Legal
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers throughout their payment lifecycle to optimize retention metrics and reduce transaction failures
• Partner with various business functions e.g. Commerce Product, Finance and Tech teams to align objectives to meet business needs and contribute to Peacock roadmap
• Improve operational flows across the payments' ecosystem including D2C payments, IAP purchases, offers, promotions and account operations
• Anticipate team needs to organize and staff the functions within the Business Operations team as the Peacock business grows
• Mentor and lead a growing team of payments analysts and business operations individuals through ambiguous circumstances and fast paced deliverables

Qualifications/Requirements
• 10+ years' experience leading complex media, technology or product launches identifying scope, building an effective plan and executing to completion with 5 years in billing and payments specifically
• Previous experience in Payments strongly preferred, other related field a plus
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to work collaboratively and convey detailed technical information stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage global teams with diverse backgrounds across time zones
• Proven track record of people leadership and mentorship experience
