This role supports the team through interpreting data and providing actionable insights on how to optimize our paid media retention performance. This role will also be tasked with owning analysis related to engagement, churn mitigation, upgrades and incrementality. The person will provide analysis that informs our retention media strategy and allows the retention team to more effectively hit their KPIs.

What You Get To Do
• Partner With retention media team to support marketing campaigns and retention goals
• Report on campaign performance, develop measurement approaches and produce insights
• Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of standardized reporting
• Develop and own framework for incrementality measurement and assist with testing design
• Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify trends, performance indicators, and insights into drivers of retention and churn
• Develop & implement standardized processes for addressing business questions through data capture and analyses
• Design standardized reporting requirements and dashboards that make it easy to understand marketing performance and create reporting efficiencies
• Assist in tracking retention KPIs and benchmarks
• Work with Decision Sciences to optimize audience targeting via segmentation and modeling to drive higher marketing effectiveness
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting meetings, presenting test results and learnings that help drive the business

What You Bring To The Role
• 3+ years of work experience in digital analytics role
• Experience with measuring retention campaign performance and delivering performance insights
• Understanding of testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, pre and post) and incrementality measurement
• Strong technical skills; including experience with SQL, data mining and ability to analyze raw data
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms (CDPs, web analytics tools, ad platform reporting)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau
• Ability to communicate highly complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences
