Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Job: Specialist, Marketing Operations
• Work with Operations team to ensure creative assets are tagged with proper metadata and support agencies and marketers by helping to ensure assets are trafficked on time.
• Ensure integrity of project tracking in our project management software.
• Forecast delivery trends to ensure proper staffing and lead times with Global Media Operations as well as keeping all stakeholders informed of priorities.
• Provide daily status updates on outstanding deliveries, help predict and remove any roadblocks to delivery.
• Communicate platform spec changes to all stakeholders as well as help audit and maintain spec database.
• Provide admin support within multiple tools we use (AirTable/DCO/DAM) to offer trainings, assist teammates in their workflows, create more efficient processes, and escalate any system issues to appropriate support staff.
• Request, track, and collect assets in our propriety platform for different Growth workstreams.
• Where necessary, upload assets to respective platforms for launch, circulate to stakeholders and monitor for any issues.
• Track down missing assets, troubleshoot broken links, communicate system outages.
• Build custom automated workflows for teams to help support their unique needs .

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience working with media management and distribution systems across the entertainment industry (digital archives, libraries, and databases).
• Familiarity with the types of promotional and marketing assets used by a large media company.
• An understanding of digital marketing and the channels utilized in a digital marketing campaign.
