Responsibilities

The Project Manager, Organic Social - Peacock, is a highly effective, production savvy project professional responsible for stewarding, scaling and innovating the creation of compelling social media deliverables across Brand Marketing and Single Title Priorities. This position requires excellent project, production and asset management skills across video, digital, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

This position will report to the Vice President of Creative Operations, and will manage a Project Coordinator Social. They will liaise closely with Social VP, Social EP, Social Campaign Leads and internal and external social creative partners.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Ensure scalability of end to end campaign development process (strategy, briefing, production, qa and delivery) utilizing and improving existing tools and workflows through documentation, training, enforcement and improvement across each process and tool
• Manage social media production budget and co-lead Agency ways of working to ensure prioritization, alignment, quality and efficiency across company priorities. Set dashboards and report on these activities to VP, Creative Ops and VP, Social regularly
• Deliver continual process improvement for vendor, agency, freelance and production on-boarding, contracting, payment and engagement management
• Liaise with Legal on both general and specific licensing and usage questions
• Enforce, iterate and scale company best practices for production, post production, asset management and delivery

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree level or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience leading projects or production with focus on Social/Digital (Agency Experience a +)
• Strong control of project management skillsets, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
• Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
• Passion for producing highly detailed work, and for leading correctness and accuracy across wide breadth of assignments
• Highly collaborative, able to build mutually beneficial relationships with delivery teams.
• Comfortable with uncertainty, but with the drive to establish order and structure.
• Keen understanding of how to consistently ''move the ball forward'' in varied circumstances. • Ability and desire to continually learn and improve the status quo • Culture carrier with strong leadership skills to drive, deliver, develop and inspire
• Ability to listen, challenge, reimagine, build and connect across internal teams, the enterprise and the industry.
