We are looking for a Project Manager, Marketing Operations to manage a wide variety of Growth Marketing projects from kick off through delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of key project details and communication throughout project workflows including with external partners when applicable. The role requires working knowledge of digital marketing and its associated technical and data-driven aspects plus strong organization and project tracking skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a wide array of Growth Marketing Projects including but not limited to MarTech, Performance Marketing, Email, Landing Page, Partnership and Symphony projects.
• Collaborate on department forecast planning to ensure cross-functional calendars work for execution purposes.
• Manage cross-functional collaborator workflows including setting meetings, sending recaps and maintaining project timelines and status trackers.
• Collect and consolidate project feedback and ensure accuracy of notes being addressed.
• Communicate and alert appropriate team leads about any red flags with projects or last-minute
• Own relationship with consulting agencies and media agencies when project requires it.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 5 years project management experience, preferably in marketing or entertainment landscape with proven success on projects that required a working knowledge of digital marketing technology and addressable data.
• An understanding of digital marketing and the channels utilized in a digital marketing campaign.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Some technical PM skills a plus.
