The Project Manager, Creative, is a dynamic, production savvy project professional responsible for managing the creation of compelling brand and show creative for NBCU's new streaming platform and it's key programming. This role will collaborate with creatives, marketing and operations team while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. They have a proven track record of end-to-end delivery of large scale, highly visible projects and programs of work including branding, strategy, and design. This position requires excellent production management skills across video, print and digital, as well as exceptional organization, and prioritization skills. They are a master of structuring work, developing process, and delivering creative and project documentation.

This position will be a key stakeholder to our library and acquired creative team. This role will also interface with promos, marketing, growth, social, and strategy teams within the broader Peacock marketing organization. The successful candidate should have demonstrated an ability to foster strong relationships while delivering project goals in complex matrixed settings.

Responsibilities
• Project manage all facets of creative development from strategy, production, through to delivery and execution for Peacock Library and acquired creative.
• Work with multiple teams, including Product, Marketing Strategy, Development, and Operations, to determine project deliverables, milestones, and durations
• Track health and provide regular updates to Senior Leadership on progress across multiple creative, business, strategy and inter-enterprise workstreams.
• Create and improve required project documentation and reports, including asset trackers and production budgets.
• Manage project planning, timelines, and budgets with the goal of delivering world-class creative on time, on budget and with minimal error
• Liaise with other PMOs around NBCU to ensure cross-functional alignment and provide assurance around dependencies.
• Ability to spot risk in a campaign and mitigate and/or escalate as need be
• Represent Creative Ops and advocate for project management standards and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree level or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience leading production centric projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
• Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
