Peacock is hiring a Project Coordinator, Customer Management to join the team responsible for determining the best ways to increase the lifetime value of each customer, disrupting current thinking, and introducing new ideas that evolve our approach. The person in this role will develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and partner with a variety of cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Customer Service) to track and execute projects to influence customer behavior changes and maximize customer retention and growth through data-backed recommendations.

This role will sit within the strategy arm of the Peacock Growth Marketing team, using data to uncover insights and make recommendations rooted in customer behavior.

Role Responsibilities:
• Monitor project statuses, prioritize and track deliverables, and manage project timelines, deadlines and requests
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and communicate relevant updates accordingly
• Create and maintain required project documentation and reports with accuracy and integrity
• Continually focus on innovation with a solid test and learn approach to optimize performance, processes, and customer journeys
• Assist with administrative duties and preparation for various discussion meetings and presentations as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or project management (or other related experience managing a process)

• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Superior organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Ability to work in an energetic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities
