The Program Manager, Viewing Product will be responsible for increasing team efficiency and collaboration while managing our team programs and priorities. We need a results-oriented, team player, with strong organization skills to guide complex programs through their lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks and remediation plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Viewing Product programs and priorities working closely with Product managers, Designers, Technology teams and Business stakeholders, across back-end workstreams
• Partner closely with other PMO and Technology Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery
• Create and distribute clear and consistent project/program plans for cross-functional teams, leadership and stakeholders on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence as needed
• Proactively identify, manage, escalate and mitigate program risks, issues and dependencies
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional working sessions for programs (i.e. Personalization & Content & Metadata workstreams), across various stakeholders and multiple time zones
• Manage Intake process, planning and roadmap activities to deliver key results based on OKRs
• Identify and implement new and improved processes, frameworks, and governance that reflect team feedback, are agile, and will scale internationally to meet global business needs
• Manage program capacity, forecasts, timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Track actions and next steps after meetings and ensure on-time delivery of agreed-upon tasks
• Solve complex operational challenges through problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ensure PMO processes and governance standards are adhered to

Qualifications
• 6+ years of program management or project management experience
• Experience planning and shipping large-scale Product, UX or Technology related programs
• Proven record of success in an agile, fast-paced and cross-functional environment
• A self-starter with excellent time-management skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of all types of project management methodologies
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, presentation and meeting facilitation skills

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
