The Program Manager, Growth Marketing is expected to provide overall, day-to-day management of specific projects including management of project team members, managing scope of work, tasks and resources across multiple assigned projects. You'll work with teams across NBCU and Agencies to continuously improve how they work. The role requires working knowledge of digital marketing and its associated technical and data-driven aspects plus strong organization and project tracking skills. To be successful in this role, you are highly detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, a problem solver, and have the drive to see projects through from start to finish. You'll need strong organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of complex, strategic marketing projects that span business and marketing teams. Bring clarity to those projects, create open dialogue across the team, identify and remove blockers, encourage collaboration.
• On-board new hires/agencies etc. and ensure they understand the process and can work within it efficiently
• Organize via Airtable and other tools to assemble progress reports & dashboards; and manage project risks and issues. Develop project outlooks with clear interdependency, milestone and achievements.
• Partner or lead chartering and merchandising of functional tools, views and processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance work product of both individual and matrixed teams to support performance marketing operations.
• Promote team empowerment. Encourage sustainable pace. Hold teams accountable for commitments and provide feedback.
• Blend traditional project management principles and practices with an entrepreneurial approach to fit complex, strategic-level projects that ensures the right blend of agility and predictability.
• Share project expectations, status, and blockers to ensure all participating teams have the information needed to make critical decisions, take next steps and remove blockers. This includes interacting with both business and marketing individuals at all levels including executive level.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 5 years project management experience, preferably in marketing or entertainment landscape with proven success on projects that required a working knowledge of digital marketing technology
• An understanding of digital marketing and the channels utilized in a digital marketing campaign.
• Growth mindset and agile with continuous innovation and optimization mentality
• Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments
• Strong executive communications and negotiation skills
