Position Overview
In this newly created position, the Product Marketing Specialist, Email Development will work at the intersection of CRM and technology. The Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert on email template development and automation. Core responsibilities include developing both HTML and drag-and-drop email templates, updating creative assets in Photoshop, improving operational efficiencies, managing QA process, and automating email content via API. This role works alongside the One App CRM and product teams to support a variety of NBCU networks (NBC, Bravo, Oxygen, E!, USA, SYFY, Telemundo). The ideal candidate will be fluent in HTML template development and will be comfortable in an A/B testing environment. This is a highly cross-functional role and will require the consummate team player to be successful.

Responsibilities
• Develop both HTML and drag-and-drop templates within NBCE martech platform
• Execute email campaigns and automations across brands
• Become subject matter expert on email capabilities of NBCE marketing technology platform
• Provide and oversea strategic recommendations on template changes to enhance operational efficiencies
• Develop and manage internal QA process, extending beyond email creation into CRM automation as a whole
• Become subject matter expert on API usage in email, providing documentation and training to internal stakeholders when new functionality becomes available
• Monitor domain reputation across brands, providing recommendations when reputation dips
• Adjust creative mockups based on executive feedback, as necessary

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in email development
• Previous experience working in a performance marketing or direct response marketing role
• Highly proficient in HTML and CSS
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop
• Must have demonstrated experience with partnering with CRM and technology teams to support marketing initiatives or functionality
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
