In this newly created position, the Product Marketing Specialist, Campaign Operations will support the One App CRM Program in ensuring that creative assets are delivered in a timely manner in order to execute campaigns across all the One App brands (e.g., NBCE, Bravo, Oxygen, USA, SYFY and E!). The Product Marketing Specialist, Campaign Operations will partner with the Product Marketing Manager, Campaign Operations and Brand Leads to initiate creative tickets, track, traffic and deliver approved assets to ensure deployment teams have all requirements according to internal timelines. In this role, there will also be an opportunity to add creative responsibilities such as in copywriting/creative direction if there is interest. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process oriented, accountable, detail oriented, articulate and comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment. This is a highly cross-functional role and will require the consummate team player to be successful.

Responsibilities
• Support brand leads by project managing all the creative pieces leading up to campaign creation – creating Jira tickets and requesting assets, following up on creative, copy, links, delivering final approved assets via Airtable and more while keeping track of deadlines and any changes for agency and internal deployment operations to execute on
• Coordinate with brand leads to ensure all campaign details in Airtable are finalized before initiating creative processes for email, connected devices, and mobile campaigns
• Manage and coordinate creative assets for the One App program. This includes maintaining the repository for creative specs, dynamic campaign updates, final creatives (dynamic campaigns and blast campaigns)
• Assist with ensuring established internal processes and documentation are followed in order to meet creative delivery deadlines
• Collaborate across business units with internal stakeholders to acquire brand compliant/approved assets in advance to adhere to SLA agreement
• Sharing creative assets (e.g., images, GIFs, videos, copy, links) with stakeholders and obtaining final approval from respective team(s)

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in email and mobile marketing campaign operations and/or project management
• Previous experience working in a performance marketing, direct response marketing for a large consumer facing brand
• Ability to QA, troubleshoot and problem solve
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual

Desired Characteristics
• Digital marketing or digital marketing operations experience required. Agency and/or entertainment experience a plus.
• Organized with an acute attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence.
• Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, resourceful and possess good follow-through.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and project management skills required.
• Ability to interface with colleagues from various disciplines including creative, analytics, technical and operations.
• Experience with Airtable, Iterable or other event parameter segmentation mobile marketing automation platform a plus.
