The Manager, Retention Media will support the Performance Media team in planning the strategy and managing the optimization of retention media to drive customer engagement with Peacock/direct-to-consumer products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns that drive adoption and viewership of Originals, Network, Sports and Movies
• Work closely with broader retention teams (Email, Promo, Push, Editorial) to help develop omnichannel media strategies that support customer lifecycle marketing objectives and increase usage and repertoire
• Manage media performance across various channels including but not limited to Paid Social, Programmatic, CTV, and Paid Search
• Liaise with performance agency, creative team, platform/vendor partners and key marketing stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Work with Director and Winback Manager to develop cohesive customer segmentation and retention strategies across engagement and churn mitigation
• Analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are driving incremental engagement, revenue, and lifetime value
• Review data and insights and identify opportunities for A/B tests in segmentation and messaging to drive improvements in KPIs
• Present retention media strategies, campaign performance and media insights to cross functional Brand teams
• Work with Data Science and Analytics team to establish a rigorous testing framework and test propensity and segmentation models
• Develop deep understanding of audience activation strategy to provide guidance to cross broader marketing team
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years direct marketing experience required
• Experience driving engagement through paid media campaigns for a digital subscription product
• Entertainment, advertising or e-commerce industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with attributing incremental uplift of media campaigns utilizing CRM measurement methodologies (target vs. control, pre/post, etc.).
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
