The Peacock Forecasting Strategy team is looking to hire a critical member of the Decision Sciences organization who will be responsible for providing the head of the Advanced Analytics Team, Peacock's Chief Data Officer, and several senior leaders of the Peacock Org with crucial information that informs our overall strategic forecasting efforts. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple business priorities.

This role will sit within the strategy arm of that team, analyzing datasets and sharing insights to enhance the decision-making process. The team is looking for manager who is not only proficient in analyzing data and modelling but also excels at executive communication. This role liases closely with the decision science, finance, distribution & partnerships, business development, and growth marketing teams. The Manager will report to the team's Director, Forecasting & Marketing Strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• End-to-end ownership of forecasting methodology for net subscriber estimates and other key KPIs for Peacock
• Create accurate, robust and timely acquisition, churn and net subscriber growth forecasts for daily, weekly, and monthly platform reviews and ad hoc requests
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for weekly reviews with the Peacock President, Peacock Chief Data Officer, NBCUniversal CEO, and other NBCU leadership
• Track and communicate detailed variance analysis with senior leadership
• Manage day to day business analysis and act as the ''go to person'' for deep dives into the platform's performance
• Liase closely with Stakeholders to assist with budgeting and Long-Range Planning requests
• Work closely with internal marketing, strategy, finance, and business development stakeholders to inform insights
• Visualize data and create presentations in a manner that effectively disseminates information
• Monitor campaign results across all channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving key metrics

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance, strategy, or analytics experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills required – organized, accurate & detail-oriented
• Must have excellent PC skills with expert proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint
• Team player who enjoys both working independently and values being part of a unit
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments in a highly challenging and constantly changing environment

Desired Characteristics
• Prior experience managing people/teams
• MBA or relevant Master's Degree
• Passionate about the numbers, with a keen eye for detail, and puling insights from vast quantities of data
