Dual reporting to Director, Accounting and Director, BRIM
Build Phase:
• Attend all meetings required for BRIM build (e.g. bi-weekly operating committee)
• Act as the liaison between the BRIM team and finance/controllership leadership to obtain needed information for the project (tracker of open items and follow up questions)
• Execution of QA/QC after sprints from a finance perspective (validation of user stories and business requirements)
• Execution of UAT to ensure completeness and accuracy of BRIM as implemented
• Test all reporting and comparison to SDP to ensure completeness and accuracy of BRIM as implemented
Operational Phase:
• Ensure upholding and regular testing of BRIM and source system controls
• Validation monthly/qtrly/annually any new changes from a finance perspective
• Perform/reviews any controls required by finance/controllership for quarterly reporting
• Test rev share calculations
• Build documentation & SOPs for all finance processes in BRIM
• Rev share calculations in BRIM
• QA/QC processes management and execution
• Defect management (source identification vs. ticket logging which is done by PMO team)
• Monthly/Quarterly close
• Change requests and new features
• Own defect management process: root cause identification and end to end resolution in partnership with O&T and Decision Sciences teams
• Work with PM to run finance weekly working group to manage monthly sprint progress, defect mitigation, velocity analysis
• Finance Roadmap
• Own the day to day execution of prioritized tickets in partnership with decision sciences and O&T
• Partake in discovery and UAT phases of new feature/change requests in BRIM
• Work with finance stakeholders to document requirements for new deal types & functionality in BRIM
• Work with data and tech teams to onboard new partners (e.g. Amazon, Boku, Comcast integrated billing, etc.)
• Contribute to prioritization of finance roadmap monthly/quarterly and work with PM on appropriate load & resolution rate
• Brainstorm new efficient and effective ways for BRIM to report/post JEs etc. and estimate cost to implement
• Brainstorm and socialize with Controllership team accounting impacts of the roadmap items (i.e. gift cards have a tax impact, deferred revenue impact, breakage accounting impact, etc.)
• Work with the technical accounting director on Peacock (Taizo) to understand new accounting issues/new accounting pronouncements that will need to be implemented into BRIM

Qualifications/Requirements
- CPA required
- Project management/consulting experience preferred
- Financial System implementation experience
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Autonomous and responsible
- Finance & Accounting experience
- Excellent communication
- Excel, PowerPoint, Project management tools experience (i.e. Jira or other)
- Understanding different processes and agreements + associated controls
- Knowledge of the DTC business
- Understanding of SAP/functionality
