Manager, Brand Marketing - Peacock
Peacock is seeking an innovative marketer to join the team and help lead brand marketing initiatives for licensed series, topical and exclusive content available on the platform. This marketer will report to and support the Director, Brand Marketing, in the development and execution of best-in-class campaigns that drive awareness, user growth and overall engagement for the business.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
• Steward development of cross-functional marketing plans (working with Director, Brand Marketing) to ensure Peacock is positioned as a market leader by speaking to its USPs, diversity (breadth and depth) of content and, where applicable, unique product features.
• Help with all marketing efforts for licensed series, topical and exclusive content, as well as steering seasonal cross-content initiatives, to drive per-title KPIs (user growth/engagement measures) and to expand overall brand awareness and health.
• Assist in campaign development, briefing of internal teams (i.e., Media, Performance, CRM, Social, Editorial, etc.) and monitoring campaign performance for insights and future optimizations.
• Collaborate across Peacock Marketing Teams, external partners, and agencies to ensure cohesive and compelling campaigns.
• In partnership with Symphony, assist in the development of marketing initiatives across Peacock and our linear/cable partners at NBCU, including NBC, Bravo, CNBC, Oxygen, Telemundo, and more
• Ensure messaging/tactics work across the entire funnel (on-product and off) consistently, effectively and can be customized based on customer affinities, passions, usage behavior and point of consumption.
• Help identify and prioritize promotion of licensed series, topical content and/or exclusives that over-index in attracting high-value users and then work with functional leads to proactively migrate them from these tentpole offerings (i.e., S4 Release of Yellowstone) into engaging other relevant content on the platform to reduce likelihood of 'one-and-done' acquisitions.
• Draft and champion 'After-Action Reports' that summarize efforts, calling out campaign effectiveness, insights and future enhancements (i.e., what did we do, what did we learn and what should we do moving forward).
• Monitor acquisition and engagement rate from licensed series, topical content and exclusives (First View, # of titles and total consumption) and propose tactics to improve outcomes.
• Proactively engage editorial, product, on-platform promo and partner marketing teams to amplify TV offering on Peacock (i.e., What more can we do to enhance consumer experience with licensed series, topical coverage and exclusives on Peacock).
• Monitor competitive landscape and shifting consumer awareness/expectation across streaming services.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years relevant work experience, in Media, Direct-to-Consumer, Entertainment and/or Digital Media
o Previous experience working at a streaming service preferred (ideally 2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of various streaming business models (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD) and Direct-to-Consumer marketing practices
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work flexibly across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a dynamic environment
