NBCUniversal is looking for a highly talented individual to join the Digital Measurement Strategy team. The team is responsible for tagging and tracking the company's portfolio of sites and apps. The team's focus is on enabling audience measurement tools, developing and implementing analytics requirements, and defining/refining business KPIs. The manager's responsibilities will include:
• Design & develop Adobe Analytics solution & technical implementation documentation for web and app platforms
• Build and execute tagging test cases to ensure that the appropriate metrics are being collected by Adobe Analytics/mParticle/Google Analytics/3rd party tags and fed into the appropriate endpoints
• Ensure data accuracy with on-going QA, audits and data integrations across multiple systems, technologies and external vendor tools and applications
• Administer the Adobe Analytics product from top to bottom - variables, processing rules, classifications, marketing channels, data feeds, Mobile Services, etc.
• Lead collaboration sessions among agency and client stakeholders to facilitate optimal tagging, reporting and analytics capabilities
• Provide a leadership role in the evaluation and use of web analytics capabilities that allow clients to maximize insights into the use and effectiveness of its digital platforms
• Demonstrate an instrumental role in the implementation and adoption of web capabilities such as testing, targeting, and personalization
• Join conversations about new analytics requirements for personalization and experimentation across multiple work streams

Qualifications/Requirements
• Must be willing to work in or near New York or LA
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

Desired Characteristics
• Intermediate level experience in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch or DTM on customer facing multi-national global web applications
• Strong working knowledge and understanding of JavaScript, Angular, JSON structures, jQuery, REGEX, Node.js, DOM manipulation, web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Intermediate level of experience in using debugging tools, checking analytics and 3rd party tags using developer tools such as Fiddler, Charles, or Chrome Dev tools
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as SiteCatalyst and/or Google Analytics, including related reporting tools such as Report Builder, Processing Rules, and Adobe Analytics Workspace.
• Experience in at least 2 Analytics implementations (Tag management, pixel deployment, customer journeys, AB testing)
• Experience in Data mapping and quality audit strategies
• Ability to learn new domains and concepts quickly
• Ability to read and understand technical documents
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and implement solutions in a timely manner with high quality.
• Ability to engage with business partners, technology stakeholders, technology vendors in ideation and solution creation.
• Ability to successfully manage a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
