The Ad Sales Finance team is seeking an experienced professional to join as the Manager, Ad Sales Finance – Peacock.

This position will oversee all ad sales financial processes for Peacock. We are looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who uniquely combines the interpersonal skills to act as a primary liaison between the Ad Sales Finance team and the internal constituents within the Ad Sales and Peacock divisions and exhibits the quantitative skills to analyze and model the financial implications and results of the Peacock entity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, But Are Not Limited To:
• Report to the Sr. Manager, Peacock Ad Sales Finance, and provide ongoing support to the entire Peacock and Ad Sales finance organization, including the VP and SVP of Ad Sales Finance
• Maintain ownership of ad sales finance reporting and effective presentation of variance explanations against pacing estimates (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Perform all revenue forecasting and financial modeling (budget, long range plan, pacing estimates), with ability to accurately construct complex formulas that incorporate inputs from several different sources
• Execute monthly financial close process and coordinate with Peacock finance team to ensure alignment on revenue recognition, revenue shares, etc.
• Track and evaluate drivers of key performance indicators (ads per hour, sell-through rate, CPM pricing, ARPU & revenue per hour)
• Partner with ad sales planning, inventory and strategy teams to identify and implement business process efficiencies and create strategic ad hoc analyses
• Work in partnership with sales team to thoroughly review and validate ad sales revenue reporting at detailed levels of granularity to ensure all systems are financially accurate
• Improve depth of existing reporting to provide better analytical tools across Peacock finance and ad sales business lines
• Provide business and financial trending analytics to inform business decisions and growth strategies, evaluating potential risks and opportunities
• Identify opportunities for improvement across financial processes within the Ad Sales and Peacock finance teams and represent Peacock finance on ad sales initiatives (systems enhancements, research and measurement, etc.).

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
• Four year degree (B.A., B.S.) at an accredited college or university in Business, Accounting or Finance; MBA/advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of finance experience
• Prior experience in a finance role supporting an ad sales function within a media or entertainment company highly desired
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel to build complex financial models, including mastery of advanced functions to analyze large volumes of data efficiently (INDEX MATCH, V & H Lookups, SUMPRODUCT & SUMIF, IF statements including AND & OR, CONCATENATE, etc.)
• Ability to articulate and display financial results within Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, including creating and formatting templates with innovative tables, charts & graphs
• Possesses solid analytical strength with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Able to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines, including addressing last minute requests in an efficient manner and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates leadership skills, especially the ability to influence and lead change across cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with key constituents (sales, strategy, planning, finance etc.)
• High energy and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail oriented and a critical thinker, with an eagerness to proactively solve challenges as they arise
• Shows an interest and knowledge of media and entertainment

Eligibility Requirements
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York City
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
