Position Overview:
This role is designed to be an entry-level support role for the Peacock Product team. While a portion of this person's time will be spent supporting the organization with various administrative duties, the role also affords the right candidate the opportunity to gain exposure and participate in broader Product development initiatives at Peacock. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, well-defined approach to self-organization and an interest in digital product development. To thrive in this role, you must also be a self-starter and a quick learner that is well adapted to fast paced environments with dynamic priorities.

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional phone coverage; screen calls and determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attention
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings for two SVPs
• Overall management of busy calendars
• Process and track expense reimbursements
• Maintain and update contacts lists
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with the onboarding logistics of new hires
• Prepare power point presentations and organize team meetings
• Assist Viewing Product and Commerce Product teams in ad hoc project requests (e.g. competitive analyses, research, daily product maintenance)

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/Power Point

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure fast paced environment with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
