Director, Employer Branding
The Director of Employer Branding will lead all development and promotion of our employer brand in order to engage top talent and grow our talent pipeline for NBCUniversal's Direct-to-Consumer businesses including Peacock, Fandango, and International Networks. Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, the Director will be focused on developing a comprehensive strategy for recruitment branding.

The candidate must have experience in social strategy, progressive recruiting practices, and creative storytelling. Streaming and media experience, team management, senior executive support/experience is preferred. Ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with incredible attention to detail, a team-focused attitude, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Continually optimize brand and pipeline campaigns in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team & HR business partners
• Establish specific KPIs for measuring success
• Create a content calendar for consistent and strategic brand development
• Act as a resource and advisor for client-facing sourcing programs
• Develop a holistic branding for the lifecycle of employee from initial recruitment through onboarding process
• Partner with HR business partners & Talent Acquisition to strategize and execute recruitment marketing campaigns according to client vision and goals
• Build relationships with internal key partners to gather resources to build our external narrative
• Stay informed on latest trends, especially in the tech landscape and relevant industries
• Manage in-house and outsourced content creation

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of experience in communications function
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
