Job Description:
• Support leadership team in management of business development and partnerships for key MVPD accounts
• Establish collaborative relationships with key internal leaders, including Ad Sales, Content Distribution, Partner Marketing, Technology, Product, Data, Legal and Finance to support growth opportunities including marketing campaigns, offers, on device placements, product enhancements/integrations, bundles and other initiatives
• Work closely with Project Management organization on key MVPD initiatives and ensure clear communication between internal and external stakeholders, monitor developments and ensure ongoing alignment with deal commitments
• Liaise with Partner Marketing team to strategize and leverage promotional and campaign opportunities for accounts
• Create and implement clear processes to track account performance and identify opportunities to drive further engagement and merchandising of Peacock
• Provide tactical support including account-specific analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly) analyzing data, and providing fact-based recommendations to the team to drive paid subscribers
• Support the creation and delivery of business review presentations to share learnings and performance insights
• Evaluate contract proposals to ensure adherence to business terms and flag any potential issues

Qualifications/Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business development, distribution partnerships, strategy, or digital media distribution in connection with media
• Strategic and creative problem solver skilled at using analytics to guide decision-making
• Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience gathering and analyzing research across internal and external industry sources; ability to clearly articulate the ''so what''
• Knowledgeable about current/emerging trends and challenges in the MVPD and streaming media space and the evolution of technology distribution platforms
