CTV/ Device Media Manager

We are looking for a media savvy, data driven CTV/Device Media Manager. You will support the Media team and work in conjunction with the Growth Marketing - Acquisitions and Partnerships teams in planning the strategy and managing the buying and optimization of paid media across Connected TV (CTV), Device, OTT, and Addressable TV partners.

Responsibilities
• Manage a mix of always-on and individual paid media campaign initiatives across CTV/Device, OTT and Addressable TV providers including but not limited to key existing and potential partners such as: Roku, Amazon, Playstation, Comcast Effectv, Xandr, etc.
• Develop strategies to acquire new Peacock customers as well as cross-sell existing Peacock customers to migrate them onto new devices and towards the big screen, increase usage, and drive retention.
• Serve as a central point of contact for the media agencies to plan and optimize campaigns towards Awareness, CPA, LTV, and ROAS goals across channels.
• Work closely with partnerships and editorial teams to ensure paid media complements editorial placements and in-kind marketing from CTV/Device partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling creative assets, build new audiences, test hypotheses and build out A/B test plans, and ensure accurate measurement and reporting of campaign performance.
• Own channel reporting responsibilities, summarizing results regularly for senior marketing and business teams with updates on pacing, volume, optimizations, and channel contribution to business objectives.
• Partner with Peacock marketing technology and data science teams to ensure data tracking infrastructure is properly set up and implemented across each partner and platform, and that our data and measurement capabilities sit at the cutting edge of the category.
• Work closely with device partner account reps, staying on top of industry trends, leverage new technologies and participate in Alpha and Beta opportunities across the platforms.

Qualifications/Requirements
• 5+ years' experience managing paid media or performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience running paid media across CTV, Device, OTT, and/or Advanced/Addressable TV partners.
• Proven track record optimizing app install campaigns to deliver against CPA & LTV targets.
• Advanced understanding of the connected TV landscape.
• Familiar with app network landscape and mobile attribution partners.

Desired Characteristics
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
• Entertainment marketing experience is desired. Experience driving viewership and/or subscriptions around live events, cultural moments, or tentpoles (such as news, sports, WWE, entertainment events, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile attribution platform Kochava is a plus.
