Coordinator, Internal Communications
The Coordinator, Internal Communications will work collaboratively with the Internal Communications team to help deliver consistent messaging across all business units within the NBCUniversal's Direct-to-Consumer businesses including Peacock, Fandango, and International Networks. Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, the Coordinator will be focused on managing the internal communications calendar to ensure we are meeting deadlines and effectively executing our strategy. The Coordinator should be a strong communicator, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment and be a creative thinking partner. A successful Coordinator will be a self-starter who is passionate about cultivating an inclusive culture where our employees feel inspired and can excel.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of all items on our internal communications calendar across all channels, including newsletters, intranet, email campaigns, and employee events
• Assist in the planning of town halls to help align messaging across all teams
• Support ongoing maintenance of document libraries to ensure information is current and accurate
• Support the communications team by helping to edit and distribute content and calendar invitations
Qualifications/Requirements
• 1-2 years' experience in corporate communications, employee communications, agency or other roles that contribute to creating an overall employee experience
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics
• Experience with events and planning
• Experience in developing and executing communication plans, managing cross-functional projects, and developing programming around multi-dimensional topics
• Experience communicating to broad audiences using various channels
