Coordinator, Acquisition Marketing
The Coordinator, Consumer Marketing will provide key support to the senior leaders of the Consumer Marketing team. This position will have designated responsibilities as well as manage key administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain collaborative, productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with various Consumer Marketing teams, including Performance Media, Marketing Operations, Device Marketing, and other team members
• Attend planning calls, take detailed notes and communicate follow up questions and next steps
• Participate in the development of creative briefs; assist team with submission of creative requests for performance media campaigns ensuring all information is complete and accurate, including AirTable support.
• Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and advise on new ways to reach targets
• Assist in scheduling team meetings
• Edit and create decks with team for high-level exec and other meetings
• Communicate status of deliverables across the team via meeting notes, updates, etc. and help track progress along the way via AirTable and various decks
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Planning or relevant experience in similar field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing for a brand or with an agency
• Interest in data-driven marketing, with eye for both the qualitative and the quantitative
• Solid organization skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects and assignments concurrently
• Effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to assignments
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and juggle multiple deadlines
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
