Responsibilities
• Support administrative needs of communications team members based on the East Coast, including the Executive Vice President, Communications, Direct-to-Consumer.
• Priorities include day-to-day executive support, calendar and meeting management, travel bookings and assistance, invoice and expense management, IT requests and assistance, communications materials support and maintenance, report generation and maintenance, real-time clips and social monitoring and reporting, executive briefings, event support,
• Responsible for clips process and distribution, and monitoring and flagging real-time breaking news for industry and NBCU, as well as social activity across key press and influencers
• Support overall communications efforts for Peacock functions, including corporate internal and external, international, publicity, executive, ad sales, partnerships, legal, technology, crisis, and consumer press campaigns
• Draft pitches, pitch lists, talking points, Q&A, briefing books, fact sheets, trackers, and related materials for meetings, interviews, events, etc.
• Maintain press lists, bios, editorial calendars, and lead prep and distribution of announcements.
• Assist with strategic research and communications planning for campaigns, inclusive of experiential events, and tailoring experiences for audiences.
• Maintain department and general communications team contact lists

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant field
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

Desired Characteristics
• Past senior executive support experience preferered
• Experience in communications and/or entertainment industry is preferred
• Excellent computer skills and executive presence
• Proactive by nature with ability to manage quickly changing schedules and priorities
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
• Superior organizational skills and strong multi-tasking abilities
• Proactive in keeping abreast of industry developments and company news
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
