DESCRIPTION
Peacock is hiring a Channels Analyst focused on creating and enhancing the 24/7 live channel experience. Peacock's channel offering is a mix of live news, sports talk, and curated channels featuring beloved content. This role will be responsible for delivering data-centric support across the team, developing new channel opportunities, assessing the channels landscape, troubleshooting operational issues, and communicating channel priorities across the organization. The successful candidate will be able to partner with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Insights, Reporting, & Troubleshooting
• Review channel performance daily to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and present weekly channels reporting.
• Monitor data for anomalies and follow up with relevant teams to understand the root cause.
• Partner closely with the Decision Sciences team to commission ad hoc channel data requests.
• Monitor the competitive channels market.

Partner Channel Management
• Create and update templates for monthly review meetings with 3rd party channel providers including performance, upcoming initiatives, and promotion.
• Participate in and help evaluate channel pitches.

Channel Priorities
• Work closely with Partner Marketing to communicate channel priorities externally.
• Identify opportunities for off-platform channel growth.

New Channel Ideation
• Identify white space (IP, category, etc.) in the market and create a business case to launch new channels.

Qualifications/Requirements
• 1+ years of experience identifying insights from complex datasets.
• Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to tell stories with data.
• Experience collaborating with external partners.
• A passion for entertainment and an awareness of the competitive A/SVOD marketplace.
