Position Overview
In this position, the Attribution Marketing Specialist will work at the intersection of digital marketing and technology. The specialist will serve as the subject matter expert on capabilities of the attribution platform and services (Branch) and will support paid and organic customer acquisition efforts with a specific focus on growing the mobile app footprint for NBCUniversal networks.

Responsibilities
• Become subject matter expert on digital link creation, working in partnership with CRM, Product and Analytics teams for governance.
• Become proficient on the capabilities of One App attribution technology (Branch).
• Support One App brands (NBCE, Bravo, USA, SyFy, Oxygen, E!, Telemundo) to fulfill organic and paid attribution tracking needs.
• Help facilitate platform questions from brand partners with attribution vendor and internal Attribution Manager.
• Communicate bug fixes and workaround solutions to relevant parties including brand partners (Bravo, USA, SYFY, Oxygen, E!, Telemundo) and internal stakeholders, if necessary.
• Support brand partners in paid media integrations and coordinating with media teams and agencies across NBCE to ensure correct taxonomy and set up for analysis.
• Execute NBC.com mobile web journey strategy, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Product, UX and Branch) in an effort to maximize mobile app conversions.
• Execute proofs of concept for any new capabilities made available by the attribution vendor (Branch).
• Assist in monthly attribution reporting, including a/b test results, additional learnings, and recommendations for future efforts.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or acquisition marketing
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables). Must have demonstrated experience with analyzing data to make marketing recommendations
• Experience with attribution tracking platform i.e. Branch, Kochava, Tune, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc

Desired Characteristics
• Attribution tracking or paid media experience required. Entertainment experience a plus.
• Organized with an acute attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence.

• Data driven-thinker who uses insights and analysis to guide strategies and make decisions.
• Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, resourceful and possess good follow-through.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and project management skills required.
• Experience with Branch and/or Iterable a plus.
