The Kids & Family Center of Excellence holistically represents the Nickelodeon Kids & Family portfolio within the Paramount Ad Sales organization. The Kids & Family portfolio includes Nickelodeon networks, AwesomenessTV platforms, EyeQ Kids & Family video (including Paramount and PlutoTV), Nickelodeon and partners' YouTube, Branded Programming, and Influencer marketing, as well as experiential and licensing. Members of this highly motivated, strategic, and collaborative teamwork across the Ad Sales teams to build and execute ad sales growth strategies across all accounts. The team is composed of sales professionals with a deep understanding of the kids and family marketplace, standards and practice guidelines and government regulations as well as industry best practices when marketing to kids and families.

In your role, you will oversee the K&F digital budget working to drive revenue and grow share across endemic and non-endemic advertisers, reporting directly to the SVP, Kids & Family Center of Excellence

The ideal candidate has a passion for and knowledge of the media/advertising ecosystem and kids and family marketplace, a confirmed ability to convert endemic (kid) and non-endemic (adult) brands, can draw upon a wide range of experiences and frameworks to creatively tackle complex problems, has superior communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, can naturally and quickly develop relationships and collaborate with a wide set of partners, and becomes comfortable with crafting and implementing strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on kids and family digital ad sales strategy and product offerings to aggressively grow revenue from endemic and non-endemic categories
• Collaborate with a wide-range of partners including Ad Sales, Brand Partnerships Sponsorship Strategy, Ad Sales research, Yield Management, Business Intelligence, Consumer Products and Integrated Marketing to advise digital strategies associated with Nickelodeon and AwesomenessTV brand priorities
• Manage a team of digital sellers in partnership with the digital sales management
• Analyze top objections, industry myths and existing paradigms that are preventing potential clients from investing in Kids & Family ad products and create compelling business cases to transform opinions and incite new business.
• Utilize professional relationships and marketplace research to keep senior leadership abreast of key competitive products, positioning, packaging, and pricing
• Build a pipeline, track sales revenue, and establish a regular cadence for reporting progress
• Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and partnerships in competitive categories
• Establish thought leadership within the digital community and evangelize Paramount's unique Kids and Family positioning within the marketplace.
• Maintain rigor/education with kids and family marketplace standards, practices, and regulations
• Foster and cultivate the Kids & Family culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and industry excellence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years advertising interactive sales experience.
• Sales professional with an ambitious spirit who thrives in a goal-oriented team environment.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience on platform side and/or in the Kids & Family category a plus
• Well-developed presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various team and prioritize multiple account challenges at once.
• BS/BA degree, or equivalent training and experience.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, G Suite and Salesforce
