Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an IT Audit Senior Manager to join our Finance team! Reporting to the Vice President, Internal Audit, the IT Audit Senior Manager is responsible for implementing a comprehensive program of Information Technology (IT) internal auditing throughout the company. This role is primarily responsible for defining the scope of audits and resources to be allocated to ensure that audits make valuable contributions by finding opportunities to streamline and improve operations, safeguard Company assets, enhance revenue, reduce costs, and promote the best business practices.
• Conduct audit planning and risk assessments to identify scope areas to be audited and resources to be allocated
• Coordinate audit activities with IT management; supervise and critically evaluate the performance of staff members; perform original audit work of more complex or technical areas as required
• Analyze the work completed by staff members to ensure adequate documentation has been gathered to support audit findings
• Perform special projects (business process reviews, due diligence, investigations) as directed by the Vice President, Internal Audit
• Lead audits of highly technical areas within IT Operations, including the supervision of internal / co-source staff in the completion of audit testing
• Communicate audit and special project findings to auditees that clearly articulate the risk exposure to the Company, and propose valuable recommendations that mitigates risk in the most efficient, cost-effective manner
• Lead audit projects to ensure timely completion and report delivery to auditees in accordance with established deadlines
• Build and maintain positive relationships with IT management through ongoing communication to keep abreast of changes to the information technology and security risk landscape of the Company
• Assist the Vice President, Internal Audit in updating IT audit risk assessments throughout the year and developing the annual audit plan. Assist in recruiting staff and preparing performance evaluations
• Draft, edit and/or review audit, special project, and administrative reports and memos
• Develop the technical skills and audit capabilities of IT Audit Managers and IT Audit Staff through informal on the job training and formal instruction during periodic staff meetings
• Stay on top of emerging trends and risks within the areas of cyber security, cloud operations and media streaming.

Basic Qualifications:
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Accounting or related field. Must be CISA-certified
• A minimum of 5 years progressive audit/information technology experience at a ''big four'' CPA firm or equivalent industry experience, including two to three years experience in a management capacity within a multinational internal audit environment
• Additional certifications within IT security, governance and risks / controls (CISM, CGEIT, CRISC) will be a plus

Additional Qualifications:
• Prior IT consulting or technical experience a plus!
• Ability to work effectively and interact daily with senior corporate and IT management
• Strong project management skills, including the proficiency to balance multiple assignments simultaneously
• Ability to understand the company's operational and IT policies and procedures, audit objectives, application systems to be audited, key business processes and overall company objectives
• Ability to see a project through to completion and take job ownership
• Good practical judgment and decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
• Experience in applying IT and information security frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST) to audit testing
• Technical knowledge of, or previous exposure to, auditing cloud environments and cybersecurity risks/controls
• Computer proficiency in financial applications (SAP ERP, S/4 Hana), general office (MS Office), electronic work papers (AuditBoard, Teammate)
• Leadership abilities and strong team building skills
• Creativity and the ability to think ''out of the box''
