Overview and Responsibilities

The Global Senior Card Administration Manager will be working closely with the team Card Admins and is responsible for the daily administration, auditing, reconciliation and management for the Paramount Global Corporate Credit Card, BTA and P-Card. In this role, you will be responsible for helping lead the Global Corporate Card program which includes opening and closing credit cards, running and monitoring program credit limits with the Bank, working with the bank-provided administrator systems / tools to run the program, proactively ensuring credit card statements are paid on a timely basis ensuring that delinquencies are minimal, working with cardholders on resolving credit card issues, reporting credit card program issues to management on a timely basis, and ensuring timely reconciliation between the global expense-management system (Concur), the statements provided by the banks and the financial records of the company (SAP), and auditing the expense report based on the business expense policy. Additionally, you will also be responsible for leading the team as they assist with inquiries regarding Concur, including but not limited to assisting employees with system issues and questions, assisting with audits, and coordinating with the Global Process Owner on various Global process issues, policies and future system implementations.
• Work closely with the VP to craft, apply and interpret robust analytical solutions to support business performance and decision making
• Demonstrate strong leadership and training capabilities
• Positively contribute to the hiring, development and culture of the team, including an intentional approach in ensuring that diversity, equity and inclusion are upheld in ways of working and in all decisions
• Assist with daily administration and management of the global card programs which includes: (a) daily card administration with cardholders and liaising with the Bank; (b) leading cardholder information; (c) monitoring and auditing card program; and (d) performing monthly reconciliation of credit card statements paid to transaction detail submitted by employees into the global expense management system (Concur)
• Monthly corporate card statement management (download, payment monitoring, preparation of monthly payment requests)
• Improve process with automations and standardization wherever possible
• Monthly reconciliation of payments against submitted expenses
• Monitoring and reconciliation of relevant accounting information in SAP
• Special projects as called upon by management

Basic Requirements
• Advanced Excel skills
• 8+ years previous experience working in a multinational Global Shared Services Center environment.
• Demonstration of basic Accounting/Finance knowledge (e.g., account reconciliation, debits/credits, etc.);
• Past experience in Card Program Administration, System Administration, Customer Service Support roles, travel and expense systems/processes

Additional Requirements
• Experience with Concur and experience with z-options and GRAM highly desirable
• Demonstrates ability to translate ''big picture'' vision and long-term outlook into clear objectives and action plans
• Demonstrates ability to perform effective workload prioritization and management
• Demonstrates ability to be a self-starter and take initiative and follow through
• Excellent analytical skills with thorough attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong communication skills (oral, written & listening)
• Great teammate with the ability to work with and communicate with people at different levels within the organization to drive work forward
• Experience in general ledger integrations a strong plus
• Experience with international a plus

Hiring Salary Range: $98400.0 - 120000.0.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
