Job Description
Overview & Responsibilities:

The Senior Director, Internal Communications dual reports to the SVP, Corporate Communications and SVP, Head of International Communications, and will facilitate connectivity through global employee communications and engagement ensuring one connected, inclusive team. This is the perfect opportunity for a hands-on communications professional to help Paramount Global cultivate comprehensive strategies to engage and activate our diverse and passionate employees worldwide!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and drive employee-facing communications that engage and inspire Paramount's global population.
• Drive strategy and execution for global culture, employee engagement, change management, and other campaigns in close collaboration with internal partners
• Collaborate with key internal partners including HR, Legal, Tech and others on key internal communications initiatives
• Support strategic planning and project management
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with business partners across departments and regions
• Manage core protocols, documents, and principles that bring efficiency to the team and Company and support streamlined workflow, efficiencies, and content-sharing
• Help manage the global corporate internal editorial calendar for the Company
• Develop measurement to demonstrate impact including but not limited to standardized surveys and engagement dashboards
• Support engagement + editorial strategy and content development for our internal corporate intranet
• Manage local or special projects and agency partners
• Work closely with internal partners around the strategy and execution of employee events, including virtual and in-person
• Have a ''pulse'' on the organization – understanding how employees are thinking and feeling
• Experiment with new, creative ways to reach our employees with the news and information they care about, and drive their engagement in Company initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Communications, PR, or related experience
• Global experience & cross-cultural mentality with strong understanding of how to strategically plan communications that resonate across multiple markets worldwide

Additional Qualifications:
• Established track record managing large, matrixed projects while leading and developing teams
• Self-starter approach to work; ability to work in an ambiguous environment and deliver results
• Strategic and committed to achieving results delivering high-quality initiatives to tight deadlines, in a pressurized environment
• Knowledge of how to develop communications strategies to bring about perception change and build an understanding of new direction
• Experience developing, leading and measuring impact of campaigns
• Natural curiosity and strong storyteller
• Capacity to think ahead, engage proactively and take initiative
• Strategic problem solver with the ability to think big picture and dive into the details
• Excellent persuasive written and verbal communications skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience with change management initiatives
• Bachelor's degree preferred
