Overview
Paramount Global is seeking a Producer/Editor/Animator with production and post-production experience. We are seeking someone who can bring strong motion graphics skills as well as an excellent creative background. Their primary function is to implement broadcast quality short-form and long-form video projects from inception to delivery, crafting edits and motion graphics with compositional designs and storytelling skills. We are looking for someone to be involved in all phases of the creative process. This ranges from collaborating, contributing concepts, and managing pre-production to directing or supporting shoots and carrying out or supervising edits and color correction. The position will report to Creative & Strategy (Paramount Global's in-house ad, branding, and marketing studio).

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of video projects and all elements used within them.
• Work closely and maintain internal communications and collaboration with Creative & Strategy project managers, copywriters, and designers.
• Working with the video team of staff members and project-based employees.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate all aspects of shoot productions, including scheduling, budgeting, crew management, location scouting, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards of production and post-production and ability to work with evolving technology.
• Help find other capable video professionals across fields.
• Manage a large volume of multiple assignments and tasks, while working under tight deadlines and budgets.
• Assisting in the creation of new and progressive video projects which reflect the beliefs and goals of the company.
• As an editor, they will edit a wide variety of videos, including clip reels, video wallpapers, event tape, mini-docs, PSAs, social/on-air promos, and much more.
• As an animator, they will generate motion graphics on an as-needed basis in partnership with the dedicated motion graphics team.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of work or professional experience in video production and post.
• College degree in Marketing, Video Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional experience producing, editing, and animating in film, television, marketing, and/or advertising.
• Professional experience producing a variety of projects, including shoots of all sizes - experience includes budgeting, scheduling, assembling crew, and all other aspects of pre-production and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, including large-scale footage management, music editing, sound design, and color grading.
• Proficiency in After Effects, specifically in the realm of 2D/3D motion graphics.
• Experience on set using professional cinema cameras, DSLRs, and lighting equipment.

• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and can work well under pressure.
• Comfortable working individually or collaborating with a team.
• Extensive knowledge of Paramount brands and contemporary popular culture is a plus!
