What will you be doing
• Manage the Sales Planning of Velocity digital, social and on-air campaigns.
• Manage the direction of the department as well as the development and management of the individuals.
• Set and review international on-air and digital pricing and sales policy and planning tools: media plan, IO and reporting templates.
• Manage the communication and execution of deals into multiple local markets
• Maintain digital planning & reporting process for our 3rd party digital, social and programmatic platforms.
• Develop 3rd party sales representation relationships, contracts and reporting for delivery of media, e.g. Sky, Network10, RTL, Visoon , TVN, DPG, Thematicchanels.
• Manage and maintain technical systems including the Velocity campaign management system GPS and ratings reporting systems K3 and PopCorn.
• Advise on advertising content suitability to air across the network in multiple markets.
• Manage monthly invoicing and client set-up across on-air, online and social deals.
• Analysis and reporting around Inventory, revenues and large client data sets to multiple stakeholders.
• Ad hoc projects around reporting and information gathering.
• Work with 3rd Party providers such as Adstream, Peach, Clearcast & Caria to deliver system driven process's to better deliver and manage Velocity deals.
• Manage relationships across multiple departments around Europe, Asia, Latin America and the US.

What are we looking for
• Excellent working knowledge of social, digital and onair interfaces (GAM, YouTube CMS, Facebook creator studio, Adsense, Caria, Clearcast, Adstream & Techedge)
• Ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports to deliver on objectives and performance targets.
• Very strong analytic skills: demonstrated proficiency in mathematical calculations and spreadsheet-based analysis. Capacity for meticulous review of campaign data in auditing and data entry
• Strong aptitude to forecast, identify and resolve problems in the ad sales world.
• Expert verbal and written communication: ability to present ideas and share information and ideas to both technical and non-technical clients (site managers/designers, sales, clients/agencies).
• Consistent approach of leading projects, working through the analysis of complex issues and multiple data points. Maintain personal workflow with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills: manage and prioritize the needs of multiple customers (internal teams, external clients and 3rd party vendors).
• Excellent time management skills: Comfort with handling shifting priorities to maximize the operational efficiency of ad revenues and tight deadline
