Job summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and administering the daily work of Tech Ops and supporting the Senior Managers in the group

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Supports confidential HR requests for open positions, promotions, etc by maintain paperwork and status tracking
• Answers phones, schedules appointments/confirms meetings/maintains daily schedules
• Maintains files for WWTO of contracts and other critical documents
• Supports WWTO / Sr Manager with presentations and documents across the group
• Arranges larger meetings of entire staff/ other WWTO events and industry meetings
• Maintains public spaces in the office
• Arranges VIP tours of Archive
• Arranges travel
• Assists with budgets and reports across the groups

Qualilfications/skills

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in work experience
• Minimum 2 years equivalent work experience

Desired skills:
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff, internal and external contacts (including production staff, outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management
• Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience dealing with high-level management offices/assistants
• Technical Operations background
• Previous experience in entertainment technology preferred
