Job Description
Worldwide (WW) Theatrical Marketing Finance department is an organization that is in charge of anywhere from 8-12 green light titles per year to manage, create, maintain and report WW Marketing budgets to upper management. Budgets are created for Basics, Media & Prints/Distribution Other. The approved budgets are established annually and categorized by department and title. Management of budgets is handled through procurement of goods and services, invoices, and cost reporting. Marketing Finance is responsible for expensing ad spend into the correct accounting period. This position is responsible for providing support to the WW Marketing Finance team.
Responsibilities:
• Submits journal entries
• Cost Report Management
• Lockbox reconciliations
• Budget Uploads
• Assists in month end close
• Reviews and manages monthly open PO report
• Assists with credit card payments and reconciliation
• Assists with scheduling meetings
• Various systems assistance (ARIBA/SLP/SAP)
• Special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
• Coordinates EVP's calendar and schedules appointments
• Answers phones; manages call log for EVP; filing
• Submits orders for office/kitchen supplies
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year Finance/Accounting experience
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Additional Qualifications:
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Good analytical skills; detail oriented
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
