Job Description
Overview and Responsibilties

The TE Manager /Auditor will be working closely with the TE and Card Admin Managers and is responsible for the daily administration, auditing and management for the Paramount Global T&E expense-management system (Concur).

The TE Manager /Auditor is responsible for ensuring timely reconciliation between the global expense-management system (Concur), the statements provided by the banks and the financial records of the company (SAP), and auditing the expense report based on the business expense policy.

Additionally, the TE Manager /Auditor will also be responsible for the daily administration of Concur, including but not limited to assisting employees with system issues and questions, assisting with audits, and coordinating with the Global Process Owner on various Global process issues, policies and future system implementations.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with the VP to craft, apply and interpret robust analytical solutions to support business performance and decision making
• Demonstrate strong leadership and training capabilities
• Positively contribute to the hiring, development and culture of the team, including an intentional approach in ensuring that diversity, equity and inclusion are upheld in ways of working and in all decisions
• Implement and maintain global T&E policy
• Participate in the Concur global instance implementation across Paramount Global
• Engage in the integration of Concur into our global enterprise reporting system (S4 Hana)
• Lead integration of new business acquisitions into our T&E process while understanding and handling local regulatory requirements
• Lead training of T&E process to our existing and new employees
• Lead the T&E audit function to ensure compliance with our global policies
• Lead reporting on expenditure trends, policy non-compliance
• Engage with Information Technology on system changes
• Improve process with automations and standardization wherever possible
• Monthly reconciliation of payments against submitted expenses
• Monitoring and reconciliation of relevant accounting information in SAP
• Preparation of follow-up (aging) reports of late submitters, chasing of late expense submitters

Basic Requirements:
• 4-5 years previous experience working in a multinational Global Shared Services Center environment;
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Concur
• Management experience required

Additional Requirements:
• Excellent analytical skills with thorough attention to detail
• Prior knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems desired.
• Proven ability to translate ''big picture'' vision and long-term outlook into clear objectives and action plans
• Proven ability to perform effective workload prioritization and management
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take initiative and follow through
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong communication skills (oral, written & listening)
• Great teammate with the ability to work with and communicate with people at different levels within the organization to drive work forward
• Previous entertainment & media experience a plus
• Experience in general ledger integrations a strong plus
• Experience with international a plus
