What are we looking for?

Reporting into the Shopper Insights & Retail Analytics Senior Director and working with the International Consumer Products team. The primary role is to oversee the integrity of point-of-sale (POS) data transmission from retailers, to create reports based on the data and communicate overall results and business opportunities to various internal teams. Metrics used are sales, volume, sell through, in-stock, shares and indices as well as other data sources: market data from a number of industries, research, financial information, etc.

The successful candidate will become a 'specialist' in Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences (CP&E), able to articulate sales performance across retailers
• Primarily, Point Of Sale (POS) data management, integrity and completeness.
• Liaise with Retailers and partners as well as internally with key stakeholders to ensure that POS data is received correctly and timely loaded in our systems
• Work with category teams (Int'l markets) and external partners to capture new product codes i.e. EAN's as well as self-sourcing new barcodes - through retailer catalogues, from the products directly, etc.
• Supervise key data responsibilities of the Data Co-ordinator including maintaining a high level of data accuracy through data cleansing and mapping, managing data hierarchy and where to map EAN barcodes, file uploads of retailer sales across several sharable platforms
• Help to shape and provide a data service across Int'l markets: first contact for data requests
• Prepare various reporting of Paramount CP&E activity in Key Accounts across Int'l markets
• Provide consolidation of country specific retail information
• Assist the Director in the valuation of the toy market (results, trends, etc.) by providing insights based on different sources of market data
• Conduct ad hoc research in key categories mainly base on syndicate data purchased
• Generally support the Int'l Sales Teams in their function
• Conduct store visits to gain insight into Paramount CP&E products
• Update other business areas on upcoming issues and events.

• Ability to manage diverse projects and assignments under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in sales analysis, business development or operations
• Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills required.
• Overall they will have an enthusiasm for the world of Kids TV and an awareness of our main consumer products properties
