Job Description
Overview & Responsibilities:

The Paramount paid social team buys media across disparate social platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc)! We are seeking a candidate who will extract and harmonize the large data sets that come from those social platforms via Datorama (by way of social APIs) and then make sense of those volumes of data, as it relates to pattern recognition and useful insights.

Responsibilities:
• Create data lakes by pulling data from different sources (i.e., social APIs)
• Build data visualization dashboards using Datorama and Tableau
• Build and manage reports showing the health of key performance metrics
• Query a data warehouse for data via SQL
• Present insights and analysis to different teams and partners
• Develop and maintain statistical and spreadsheet models for reporting, planning, and other predictive work
• Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Buying teams in achieving team business goals and initiatives
• Develop automated dashboards and reports that allow non-data savvy users to generate insights and answer questions in a self-service fashion
• Make recommendations on tactical adjustments to improve performance

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of work experience in Data Engineering/Operations field
• Proficient in Datorama and Python
• Ability to write SQL to perform common types of analysis
• Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
• Experience developing solutions to business problems via hands-on discovery and exploration of data
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
