Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities:

This position will report to a Vice President/Director of Human Resources (HR Business Partner) and provide Human Resources support to management and employees in the company's Ad Sales group.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all administration within the Department. This includes maintaining a high level of customer service by providing timely information and HR support to employees/internal clients and partners.
• Support employees in client groups with: HR related employee inquiries, transactional and administrative tasks related to filling open positions, employee changes, and HR administration.
• Provide support to employees by giving guidance and responding to questions and issues in a timely manner.
• Provide day-to-day support to the team as it relates to their client groups
• Oversee/drive the tactical, day-to-day HR related administrative tasks for approximately 1000 employees, along with various temporary and contract employees
• Oversee/drive the termination process (exit interviews, system processing, logistics)
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Admin teams to process and track hiring and employee change documents for all the various staff employees. This includes keeping the managers updated on the status of their open positions and employee changes.
• Act as the conduit between the HRBP team and Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, HRIS, Core Services, to ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely manner, and all parties are up to date on activity and actions
• Work in partnership with the ''AskHR team'' to respond to inquiries from all the various employees, this includes benefits questions, payroll questions, advice etc.
• Work in partnership with the HR Data Analytics team to produce/run query-based reports
• Report analysis in the areas of headcount, turnover, representation, and other employee data as needed
• Maintain and update org charts, and employee headcount files
• Provide ongoing support for special projects and key initiatives such as Talent Review, the Performance Development process, merit increases, bonus payouts, organizational restructuring, etc.
• Schedule and conduct exit interviews; help track employee feedback to determine any trends
• Escalate all issues/blockers to VP/Director as needed and ensure they receive regular updates on all the above.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1+ years Human Resources related experience required

Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic working knowledge of the main areas of HR - such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Org Development
• Experience supporting an HR Business Partner, or experience working within an HR Department preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong diplomacy and adaptability attributes
• Must have the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word)
